At StoryFaye Learning, we want families to feel confident when choosing our educational resources. Please review each product description carefully before purchasing.

Digital Products

StoryFaye Learning sells digital educational resources, including downloadable PDF curriculum units and printable activities. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, products are delivered electronically and no physical item will be shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges

Because digital products may be accessed, downloaded, or copied immediately after purchase, all sales of digital downloads are generally final once the product has been delivered.

However, we understand that unexpected issues can occur. Please contact us if:

• You experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase.
• You receive a file that is damaged, incomplete, or different from the product description.
• You believe you were charged incorrectly or made a duplicate purchase.

We will review each request and, where appropriate, work with you to resolve the issue through file replacement, access assistance, a refund, or another suitable remedy.
